President Pat Wheeler founded Utility Systems Engineering in 1991 with a mission of helping utilities grow in an orderly and financially prudent way. His qualifications begin with a BSEE degree, work in engineering service dating to the 1980's and the financial savvy that comes with a Masters of Business Administration degree.

His resume includes services with two major Ohio utilities, Ohio Edison and Dayton Power & Light, and many years of providing engineering services to electric cooperatives.

Pat is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and Kentucky.

These qualifications and achievements testify to Pat's engineering and financial talents as well as his energy, enthusiasm, and active involvement in every venture.
